Services available

We provide 3 choices of beverage and bar service for you to select from:

• Hosted Bar AKA "open bar"
  All beverages are provided at no cost to your guests.
  
• No Host Bar AKA "cash bar"
  The guests pay for their own beverages. The host has the option of purchasing non-alcoholic beverages.
  
• Limited Hosted Bar
  The host buys a limited amount or type of beverages, for example provides 2 drink tickets per guest with no-host available for additional purchases by the guest.

Levels of Services

• Soft Bar (Beer, Wine, Sodas, Juices - "BWSJ")
  Comes with regular and diet sodas, Perrier, bottled spring water, orange/cranberry/pineapple/grapefruit juices, two brands of domestic beer, Chardonnay, Merlot or Cabernet Sauvignon and Blush wines.
  
• Premium Bar
  Includes BWSJ Bar, plus Smirnoff Vodka, Gordon Gin, Johnnie Walker Red Scotch, Seagram's 7, Jack Daniels, Bacardi & Malibu Rums, Jose Gold Tequila, Christian Brothers Brandy, Kahlua, Midori & Amaretto, Apple & Peach Schnapps, Triple Sec. Beer upgrade to include one Imported or MicroBrew of your choice.
  
• Gold or "Top Shelf" Bar
  Same as Soft Bar, plus: Absolut, Stoli, Tanqueray Gin, Chivas Regal, Crown Royal, Jack Daniels, Bacardi 151, Malibu Rum, Cuervo 1800 Tequila, Hennessey Brandy, Kahlua, Midori & Amaretto, Apple & Peach Schnapps, Triple Sec, Grand Marnier, Jagermeister. Beer upgrade to include one Imported or MicroBrew and Wine upgrade.

Full Bars Include : Coke, Diet Coke, 7-Up, Bottled Spring Water, Tonic, Club Soda, Orange Juice, Cranberry, Pineapple, Grapefruit, Margarita Mix, Salt, Bloody Mary Mix, Grenadine, Lemons, Limes, Olives & Cherries. We use only name-brand products.

All services include (per 100-150 guests): one (portable) bar, one bartender, ice, disposable cups, straws, cocktail napkins and four hours of service. The only thing the host needs to provide are trash can & liners or we can also provide these with a minimal additional charge.
